The first PSA Open Competition was held at St Louis CC. Boston West tied for first place with Cape Cod Viewfinders with a score of 77 points.

Jim Brady received an Award of Merit for his image Turn Seven. Frank Forward received an HM for his image Morning Tide 5 and Ron Todd received an HM for his image West River Kayaking. Congratulations to all. The next competition will be in December.

In the 2 nd PSA Open Digital competition, BWPS came in 3 rd with a score of 68 points. Houston CC came in first with a score of 71 and East Troy Viewfinders came in 2 nd with a score of 69. Congratulations to Ed McGuirk for receiving an HM for his image Watchman.

The 3 rd PSA Open Competition was held at Cranbury Digital Camera Club in Cranbury, New Jersey. Boston West came in 1 st with a score of 75 points. Mt. Baker Camera Club came in 2 nd with a score of 73 points and Boise Camera Club came in 3 rd with a score of 71 points.

Congratulations to Bob Diefenbacher for receiving a perfect score of 15 and an Award of Merit for his image Denali Sunrise. Ed McGuirk received an Award of Merit for his image Ghost Owl and Mike Goodman received an Award of merit for his image Ice Climber 1.

April 2009

The fourth and last PSA Open Competition of the season was held at the Houston Camera Club. Boston West came in 1st place with a score of 74 points. Cape Cod View Finders came in 2nd with a score of 72 points and Greater Lynn followed in 3rd place with a score of 70 points.

Congratulations to Mike Goodman for receiving an HM for his image Ouray Ice Climber and Debbie Guyer for receiving an AM for her image Winter Lynx.

Boston West came in 1st place overall for the season with a total of 294 points. Mt. Baker Camera Club in Washington tied for 2nd place with Cape Cod View Finders with a score of 271 points. Greater Lynn placed 3rd with a score of 264 points.
